Alex B. Groove plays a mixture of house, electro and tech-house. But don..t get shocked, it can happen that he suddenly plays a tune like Nirvana..s “Smells like teen spirit” between his sets in the main time.
But let..s go back: Born in 1981 he started playing acid and tech-house records in 1995. He played his first payed gigs at the age of sixteen in the south of Germany.
At the age of 18 he became a member of the famous “Flokati Allstars” in Munich.
In this time he played together with djs like Tobi Neumann, Ian Pooley, Boris Dlugosch and many others.
In the year 2000 he was one the resident djs of the “Fantasia Revolution Tour 2000”
which found it..s tour end at the Loveparade 2000.
After four years also working in the music industry (junior PM and A&R) and twelve years as a dj he found his style of producing and playing music now. Influenced by many cultures (Asia, Jordany, Dubai, South Europe) and people like „Die Fantastischen Vier“, „Michael Cretu“ or „Fatboy Slim“ it is now a mixture of Chill Out, House and Electro. And everything will be on one album soon!
Latest release is the single Sweep ’n‘ Groove „Electrified“ featuring Fatima Dramé from Munich, released
on Newpool Music, with remixes by DJ CMC Silenta, Levitation and more.
